This offer is exclusively available to customers who attended the exclusive TrioClear™ event. By participating in this offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   • This offer is available only to event attendees.
   • Eligible customers are entitled to one (1) complimentary TrioClear™ case.

2. Validity Period:

   • The offer is valid for twelve (12) months from the date you attended the event.

3. Account Requirement:

   • Customers must have a valid account with your lab.
   • New customers must create an account with your lab and obtain approved access to the TrioClear™ submission portal to redeem the complimentary case and other discounts.

4. Promo Code Usage:

   • To redeem the offer, include the provided promo code in the remarks section when submitting your case via the TrioClear™ submission portal.

5. Non-Combinable Offers:

   • This promotion is in addition to your current offer but is limited to one free case per 12-month period.
   • If multiple offers overlap, the highest discount available will be applied automatically via the system.

6. Non-Transferable:

   • The offer is non-transferable and cannot be assigned or shared with others.
